I'm a compassionate and dedicated childcare provider who aims to support families and nurture children's growth. With three years of experience, I'm adept at caring for children aged one to 11. My passion lies in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive and learn. My personality is patient, calm, and creative, allowing me to connect with children on their level. I believe in open communication with parents and I follow their preferred method, whether it's written daily reports or verbal communication during pickup. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while being mindful of the parents' guidelines.
