I am a scout leader and have been for 7 years, meaning I have had 3 background checks, have had plenty of experience interacting with multiple kids and that I will to the best of my ability use honor in every aspect of caring for your children. I will treat your children with respect. When I am with your child I will play and not sit in front of the TV watching adult TV. I am there to interact with your child. We will probably do a craft, play, read, or we may dance around using our imaginations. I am able to follow a schedule, so if there is homework or breakfast/dinner to do I will make sure it is done before silly time or playtime. I have been CPR and lifesaver qualified in the military and CPR and First Aid elder assistant qualified. I am balanced when it comes to having fun and following rules. While I am watching your child your family and it's needs will be my top priority.

Lisa is a great sitter - she took care of my son and daughter for several months, and they adore her. Due to scheduling conflicts she is not able to watch them right now, but when that changes I would ask her back in a heartbeat. She played with my kids, read them stories, did lots of arts and craft projects that she planned, and took care of their dinner and bedtime routines. Having a sitter like her is a dream - highly recommended!
