I worked 7+ years in the inpatient hospital setting (medical-surgical & post-op units). I have experience with working with OT and PT in-home setting encouraging and assisting with recommended exercises. My goal in providing senior care is quality of life and safety. I enjoy spending time with older adults. I am known for my calm, patient demeanor. Companionship, assisting with light exercise and encouraging social interaction and preferred activities are of great value to me in helping others. Willing to help with companionship, meal preparation, feeding/bathing, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, medication prompting (if needed), transportation, errand/shopping, etc. Available for one-time jobs and part-time/full-time depending on flexibility. Weekend availability varies.

I wish I could give Lisa 10 stars! Lisa began working with us when my mother really needed extra help at home. She has such a compassionate way about her and was able to develop a trusting relationship with my mother (and myself) from the very start. We recently moved my mother to assisted living and Lisa is still providing care for her there. She has been incredibly helpful during these difficult transitions-we will forever be grateful.
