About Lisa

Hi! I'm Lisa, a 22-year-old psychology student with a strong interest in child development and behavioral therapy. I'm originally from Sweden and Germany but grew up in Washington, D. C. I speak Swedish & German as well, and I love incorporating it into my work with children if recommended. I've been babysitting since I was 16, caring for kids between the ages of 2 - 12. This year, I'm starting an internship in behavioral therapy, working with and supporting children with autism. While I'm based in D. C. for school, I'm taking my courses online this year so I can spend time in New York. I'm passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for kids, whether through play, learning, or helping them navigate new skills. I'd love to connect and see how I can be a great fit for your family! My internship starts soon and is very flexible, but I'd need to know fairly soon if you're interested before finalizing my schedule.
