Hello! I have a daughter with ADHD and another with emotional outbursts. I also have experience with children and adults within the autism spectrum. I have training through NISD to work with special needs students. I was employed full time before COVID-19 as a substitute teacher. I have much patience, know how to redirect behaviors, and stay calm. I know how important it is to monitor for safety, and I always interact with others whether they respond to me or not. When caring for anyone I want to know abilities, behaviors, and interests. I like to let them direct our activities, and work from there. Thank you

Our 2 y/o son took to Lisa right away. She is very kind and engaging with him, and is comfortable with special needs that come along with Autism. She kept us updated through the visit to ease any anxiety. She played games, took him outside, read books, did bath time, and even got him to sleep. I'm pretty sure she's magical. Communicative and punctual. Lots of experience with kids as a mom and sub for the school district. Bonus points for putting up with our dogs that also LOVE her!!
