Hi, I'm Lisa --a mature mom and substitute teacher. I also take occasional babysitting jobs, which I love! I am available for daytime occasional work; (not available for an ongoing full-time position.) I would love to provide loving, experienced mom care for your child. Here's a little more about me: I have always loved to care for children. After many years of babysitting, I eventually earned my elementary teaching degree, taught for three years, and then my husband and I started homeschooling our big family. Over the past 25 years, I have enjoyed the blessings and challenges of home-centered learning. Less busy now than when I had many young children, I am able to pursue various interests and job opportunities (like Care. com) that will allow me to help fund travel to visit our growing family all over the U. We had her for a day and Lisa is great. Our kids warmed up to her immediately, sitting on her lap and happy with her. I think she truly likes children and is very good with taking care of them. We definitely would love to have her back again.
