My most recent experience with children was from January 1, 2016 to August 31, 2023 as the children's pastor at the Methodist Church in Fredericksburg. My duties included: - Programming and ministry for children ages birth through 5th grade for Sunday mornings, after school programs, summer programming, and special events. - Prepared curriculum, created environments, activities and programming that facilitated learning and encouraged spiritual growth. - Recruited, trained, scheduled and led volunteers. But what I loved the most was being with kids: teaching, playing games, field trips, listening, and having fun. I homeschool my children between 2006 and 2015. At that time I was a volunteer in my church as a Sunday School teach and a Children's Leader with Bible Study Fellowship.
