Lisa has been our infant's nanny for the last 5 months and she has been wonderful. She truly cares about our daughter like family, and you can tell she is experienced and educated on childhood development. She quickly established a routine with different activities, outdoor time, meals, napping, and has been logging details - all on her own initiative. She's warm and professional, our daughter loves her, and I'm grateful that she has been our daughter's carer.
