Aloha! My name is Lisa and I have lived on the beautiful island of Kauai for the past six years. I consider The Garden Isle as my forever home after traveling the country and the world. Originally from Florida, I graduated from The Evergreen State College in Washington State, studying Psychology, Sociology, and Biology. My passion is with children's education, happiness, and wellbeing. I've had a great career of 22 years working with children and families in several settings as a program manager for children's programs and a teacher of various life skills for youth programs. For the past four years I've been a nanny for a family with three wonderful children ages 7, 8, and 9. With all the children being in school full-time, I am now looking for a new family to devote my skills and energy. What I'm offering is "peace of mind," knowing your children are safe and having fun. Lisa was amazing with our two kids! She even was able to make our 2 year old feel comfortable who is not great with strangers. She was always prompt and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend her.
