I've worked with seniors in the home care setting for the past 11 years. Prior to that I worked in a nursing home setting as an LPN. I can provide references from families I have worked with in the past. My daughter works with me as well and has been a CNA for many years. We work well together and this provides for us to cover for each other and provide continuity of care. Hiring both of us is not required but offered.
