I've been working with kids with special needs and disabilities for the last four years through the Penguin Project of McLean County as well as being a student aide in the Rochester school district. This is a special group that utilizes the acting talents of kids with special needs and disabilities with a peer mentor on stage. We aren't told what kids are diagnosed with when work with them unless it involves their safety or ours, so I'm comfortable with whatever your kid has going on. I love being able to help children thrive in whatever they want to accomplish, whether it being singing and dancing on a stage or using the bathroom by themselves or being able to do their homework with some help. I'm here for them and whatever they need.
