I am 47 years old and a SAHM to a 15 yo with Tourette, ADHD, OCD and ASD. I have been active in his advocacy and schooling. He is doing well in his sophomore year in HS. My youngest is 12 and has ADHD and Auditory Processing Disorder. I have run a support group for families dealing with Tourette Syndrome for the past 7 years and do Tourette advocacy work in the community. I taught middle school science for 8 years in Michigan and subbed for a few years in Tomball. I worked for about a year at Home Place of Texas. Here is where I found my calling, working with adults and other individuals with developmental disabilities. I have decided to go back to school and am studying to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant. I hope to put my degree to use helping others make the most of their lives. I hope to someday help you and/or your loved ones. I can only work part time, but would love to set a schedule that might work for both of us. Thank you for reading my bio, Lisa

Lisa is an excellent tutor. She can adapt to the conditions very quickly and focus on what the student weakness is and work on it until they master it. She is very patient in answering any of our questions and always punctual. My son is very fond of her teaching skills and always wants to attend her class even if it's for 2 hours continuously. We miss her a lot as she is relocating. We wish her all the best for her future endeavors.
