About Lisa

As a FSU graduate with a BS in Nutrition/Dietetics and a certified personal trainer, I was able to work part time while always being for our children. Empty Nester life began when our youngest daughter graduated in May. Our children ages 31-19, would describe me as loving, nurturing, energetic, caring, selfless, empathetic, sensitive yet strong, baby/child magnet, animal lover, creator of nutritious/delicious recipes, athletic, music loving, silly at times, grandmother to Adaline and Jean Lèo, helpful, understanding, great listener, Mommy of many. I've worked with children at church preschools, as a substitute teacher, baby sat for neighbors and helped to care for and raise many of our neighbors children, due heavy work schedules. I also cared for on every level, my elderly Dad before he passed. We are a rescue family, and love being surrounded by many fur babies.
