About Lisa

I grew up the oldest in a large family where I cared for many children my whole life. I have 10 plus years of babysitting experience. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant for over 20 years. I have 2 children. I am looking to change gears and work in child care again. I own a home in Glen Cove and would prefer to do child care in my home. I have a love of caring for children and helping them learn and grow. I have worked with many different types of learning styles and have knowledge of child development. I know what it is like to have to find someone to care for your child, I would care for them as I do my own. My home is shared with myself and my two daughters, One, works full time she is 28. I also have a 13-year-old whom is currently on a homeschool program by our choice.
