Hello. I've been a caregiver for more than 10 years. I have extensive experience with Alzheimer's and dementia. I've also cared for the elderly that are just getting on in age and need a little extra help with day to day activities. Cooking and eating healthy is one of my passions ( low salt / diabetic diet as well as regular diet). I can run your errands and take you to any appointments ( hair nails doctors or social functions). My experience has also been an assistant to both physical and occupational therapists. I am an expert with fall risks and safety assessments. I come with references, both from people I've cared for as well as their families. I'm flexible with your needs and the time you need care. I believe in maintaining privacy and dignity and will go above and beyond to meet your individual needs .
