Lisa has been an appreciated and reliable personal care assistant for my 89-year old father over the past year. He is often not the easiest person, and Lisa handles him with humor and patience. Her helpful communications to family members ensure that we are aware of concerns or issues she observes (whether health concerns or apartment maintenance issues). This connection with her has been especially valuable - since we live in another state. Lisa makes certain that our father does his daily exercises, gets his walks in, and that his place is clean and tidy. She is a kind, dependable presence for our father. Her care has allowed him to stay in his apartment much longer than we had originally thought possible. We are grateful for her!
