I have been in the health care field for over 20yrs & love what I do. I have experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Hospice & much more. I'm a believer in treating the mind, body & soul which includes staying active & keeping the mind stimulated. I feel that continuity of care is extremely important so I make sure to be there for every shift scheduled. I have been managing 24 hour care teams for the past 16yrs where I can also provide a team of fully skilled caregivers that are all background checked, drug tested & come with great references as well. I have extensive knowledge in training to provide proper body mechanics, safety in home & working as a team to stay proactive with care which includes working with the physicians, care providers & family to create a wellness plan that helps your loved one receive the best care possible and have a good quality of life. The most important thing is that your loved one feels safe & comfortable.
