I worked for a well-known nationwide senior care chain as a Companion Caregiver for two years. I was properly vetted and gained much experience in companion care. I was also a caregiver to my own elderly mother for several years. Before that, I spent my career working in corporate America. Now I enjoy working as a Companion Caregiver and providing general home-based assistance to families. I am reliable, responsible and dependable. Duties I provide: conversation/companionship, supervise/assist in routine activities, meal preparation, clean dishes, take out trash, laundry, make bed, accompany to appointments, advocate for clients at the doctor's office and report back to families, grocery shopping, run errands, medication reminders, take for a walk, assist with exercises, plant care, correspondence assistance, visit friends, etc.

Having Lisa in my mom's life has been nothing short of a complete joy. My mom has early dementia and requires companionship and some personal care. She very much looks forward to Lisa's visits and happily reports the fun things they have done together. Lisa has a bright smile and sunny, can-do attitude. She is friendly and encouraging, kind and compassionate. My mom does crafts with her, looks at photo albums and chats, and goes for walks. Even my dad, who was resistant to getting (much needed!) outside help, sees the huge value in Lisa's services and likes and respects her very much. Lisa is unfailingly reliable, punctual, and is great about emailing and texting with me about my mom's needs. My sister and I have such piece of mind knowing that Lisa is there for my mom when I can't be. Lisa is an absolute gem and I hope she will stay with us for as long as my mom is able to safely be at home. Thank you, Lisa!
