About Lisa

Compassionate, reliable, and deeply engaged in the community, my passion for helping others has been evident since childhood. When my parents couldn't find me, I was often at the home of a senior friend, drawn to providing companionship and support. Throughout motherhood, education, and entrepreneurship, caring for seniors remained a meaningful part of my life. With a desire to nurture compassion, my senior care journey began at age 16 when I earned a CNA certification and worked in a nursing home until age 19. From then until age 45, I continued supporting seniors in my free time. Admired for my positivity, respect, compassion, confidence, directness, and kindness, I uphold strong values and do not tolerate behavior that contradicts them. Creativity and an active lifestyle define me, with hobbies including crocheting, writing, painting, walking, volunteering, and dancing. My strengths include the ability to listen beyond words and understanding the emotions behind them.
