Over 15 years as a caregiver for elderly clients with a focus on art therapeutic activities. I I hold an MA in Education. I have worked for various agencies and registries over the years, in addition to teaching art (and standard school curriculum) to grade school children, as well as creative arts and crafts classes for seniors. As a CNA- trained caregiver, I offer companionship, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion (ROM) and rehab exercises prescribed by physical therapists, according to the needs of each individual. I am happy to do grocery shopping, take clients on social outings, dining out, shopping or fun excursions to museums or movies. I also offer medication reminders, light cooking and cleaning as required. I can provide current references from previous clients, driver's license, proof of car insurance, DMV record, background check and CPR certificate upon request. In order to avoid confusion when meeting, I prefer a phone interview beforehand.
