Hello! My name's Lin. I was a caregiver at C&R Inc. in Idaho for over a year. The main focus of the company is adults with intellectual disabilities, but several of those clients also needed mobility assistance and help with ADLs. I administered medication and provided activities and socialization. I'm methodical, especially when it has to do with a client's well-being, and I'm always looking for ways to improve and personalize care. My skills include respectful assistance, setting people at ease, and keeping the environment clean and comfortable. I'd describe my personality as warm, humorous, and empathetic. In my spare time, I like to make music, listen to audiobooks, play with my cat, and spend time outside. I enjoy caregiving because I find working directly with people interesting and rewarding. I'm looking for a job that feels fulfilling and personal rather than clinical.
