I have experience working with Special Needs High School students (2015-2019). I have taken them to specials such as art and PE, I have sat and monitored them during lunch, I have helped them with their annual play they put on every year for the school, I have helped them with their reading and assignments worked on in class, etc. I graduated high school with a Gold medal for helping and serving in our special needs program. I was able to help and console many children while they were experiencing episodes as well. I also was an Infant teacher at Quantico Marine Base where I took care of two children who had physical and mental disabilities - this included feeding them through a feeding tube.
