I like caring for seniors because I feel empathy as I love to learn about their lives and who they used to be I know there was a time where they had a normal life then everything seems to change so quickly but I love to make them feel like family and to know they aren't alone. I'm looking for a job that has a positive work environment as well as an opportunity to create a positive impact In others lives. I started caring for seniors when Covid first began, about 3+ years ago I became a Cna at a facility, I pursed the job and now I'm an Stna. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 3-year-old daughter, take her places, read and write, watch movies/shows. One thing you should know about me is I may be shy, but I am very caring. I look at all of the people I take care of as family. I enjoy taking the time to talk to them and have patience. I love to see the difference when they see me.

She really cares about her residents, and will take the extra time to give them a great patient care experience. She has also helped me no matter how busy she was with other work. She would even stay behind just to make sure everything was done and everyone was satisfied.
