About Lindsey

I like working with kids because it's something that makes me happy. I have always worked with kids and some capacity and never really noticed how passionate I was about it until my current job. I'm working on my degree to become an Early Childhood Education/Child Development major. Some days can be difficult, but the memories make up for it. I'm looking for a job that I can balance with school. I currently am going to school full-time and working full-time at a daycare. I just want something where I can build better relationships with the children and families. I think that is a key part of the job. I started working with kids when I was around 13. I have babysat for years and worked at a summer camp 3 years before Covid hit. I volunteered at camps and VBS. I also lifeguarded and taught swim lessons for around 6 years. I currently am working at a daycare but am looking for something more. I'm a college student and I want something that I could balance with going to school.
