About Lindsay

Hello, I'm Lindsay. I'm new to Care. com and curious to see how the platform works. I love the idea of neighbors taking care of neighbors and hope to use my skillset and energy to take care of people in my community knowing someday I'll need the same gentle care in return! A brief summary of my work background: I'm a nurse with my BSN from Northeastern U (2016). I worked in Philly at TJUH & UPenn hospitals in neurology, head & neck surgery & oncology then happily moved to the west coast and worked in oncology in OR, then settled into a wonderful palliative care job in Santa Barbara. Love brought me to south Carlsbad - I was just married in December 2024! I worked in hospice care and now work per diem as a home care nurse. I'm grateful for my mentors and former patients who taught me good care is rooted in deep listening. I'm happy to connect to see if we may be the right fit for each other.
