I'm Lindsay. I am hoping to use this platform to connect me with neighbors in North County who need extra help specifically with advance care planning, care transitions, palliative and end of life care. A brief summary of my work background: I'm a nurse with my BSN from Northeastern U (2016). I worked in Philly at TJUH & UPenn hospitals in neurology, ENT surgery & BMT/oncology then happily moved to the west coast and settled into a wonderful palliative care job in Santa Barbara. Love brought me to south Carlsbad - I was just married in Dec2024! I completed an end of life doula training, worked in hospice care and now work per diem as a geriatric home care RN. I'm grateful for my mentors and former patients who taught me good care is rooted in deep listening. I am also trained in gentle-touch massage for adults with serious illness, older adults with fragile bodies or those close to the end of life.
