Hi! I've worked with kids for about 6 years now :) I have 5 yr of babysitting experience, 1 yr of weekly care with the same family, and 2 yr of house sitting/overnight jobs! I've also lifeguarded in different neighborhoods for a total of 3 yr. It made me extra attentive to child behavior, taking preventative measures, and being confident in case of an emergency! Being the oldest sibling, oldest grandchild on both sides, ministry work, camps, along with many babysitting jobs throughout my teens has made me love engaging with kids. I usually find what works best for each family when it comes to parenting/rules, schedule, screen time, etc and adjust accordingly! My main goal is to provide value to your family and take weight off your shoulders!! I'm open to discussing different responsibilities beyond just childcare if that pertains to you! I would absolutely love to get a full-time nannying job, but I'm totally open to fitting your schedule needs if we are a good match!
