At the age of 13, I was volunteering my time in the emergency room, labor and delivery, gift shop, wellness childcare all at a local hospital. Growing up, I lived with my grandparents, assisting my grandfather with ADLs. I also assisted a close friend with equine therapy working with children with disabilities.
