About Lindsay

Hi(: I hope my profile finds you well, my names Lindsay I'm from Santa Cruz California and in my time living here I've done many different care programs from working in my churches daycare I attended as a young adult to babysitting. My current job for the last 2 years of my adult career has been in the school system I'm currently employed through a local non-profit as a behavior aid for people with special needs. I have been stationed in a local elementary school where I get to be around all types of children, I do work in their special day class as a one to one. Some days out of the week after school hours I do another program where I've been a lead staff member that's less structured than a school and has more of an age variety. I believe being in this field has given me many valuable skills in dealing with children, I have such a love for kids and such a huge want to make them feel safe, understood, heard and respected. I'm CPR certified and mobile with valid DL.
