About Lindsay

I am a professional female tutor who has tutored children throughout Southern California for 18+ years. I am an excellent writer/editor and am CPR/first aid certified. I have worked as a teacher, home school instructor, editor, coach, and tutor for both genders and all ages/grades. I tutor students from preschool through twelfth grades in public, private, parochial, special education, and home-school settings. Additionally, I work with adults attending junior colleges, four-year institutions, professional schools, and graduate school. I am capable of tutoring in: English (including composition and literary analysis and ESL studies), language arts, all branches of history (all eras, topics, and regions), many fields within the humanities (sociology, anthropology, race/ethnic studies, popular culture studies, film, women's studies, liberal arts, etc.), mathematics (through Geometry), science, and many other subjects.
