May 29, 2014 To Whom It May Concern, This offers a recommendation of employment for Lindsay. It was my distinct pleasure to have had Lindsay a dedicated co-teacher in my Toddler 2 class at a preschool in Topsfield, MA. Lindsay loves working with children and she consistently uses her creativity and knowledge to prepare lesson plans that are interesting, motivating, and extremely effective. In her second year with the preschool, Lindsay was promoted to a Lead Teacher position in a Pre-K class where she created an organized and fun learning environment for her students. She was responsible for the assessment of each child and developed strategies to improve their individual performance. Lindsay is an extremely professional and dedicated teacher who simply wants her students to excel. She enjoys being organized and is always prepared. Lindsay is a strong leader and an equally effective team player who always volunteers to come in early or stay late whenever necessary. For the 2.5 years that I have known Lindsay, she has been a consistent and positive influence for us all, easily exceeding our expectations.
