At 11:30pm the night before we flew out (our flight was at 5am the next morning) for our week long cruise in Mexico, she sent a text to me saying she’s in Mexico visiting her sick mother and had to cancel. This was 3 hours before we left for the airport and 5 hours before the flight took off. We were left in a nightmare situation. AND when we met her 2 weeks before our trip we gave her our house key that she had not yet returned to us!!! And she had the nerve on 4/1 to say she’s back and did we need her to pet sit!! We still do not have our house key. At the point she bailed 5 hours before our flight left, the company should have been involved in getting coverage. We were still billed but have since got credited. There needs to be some accountability for her behavior and some policy where the company needs to be involved when this nightmare occurs hours before the client needs the person!!
