About Lindey

I am looking for part-time babysitting or nanny jobs to help me receive further experience for my future career. I worked at Primrose, am CPR and first aid certified, and I am currently an early education major. I am all about providing a safe and supportive environment for all the kids I take care of and their families. I have experience working with children ages newborn (2 weeks old) to 13 years old in both classroom settings and at home services. My responsibilities included feeding, cooking, cleaning up after the children and the house, changing diapers, giving baths, assisting with homework, and engaging with the child and family in whatever way possible. From my experience of babysitting over the past 8 years I have learned effective communication skills, patience in every situation, how to explain concepts in ways that are both fun and understandable for children, and an inclusive environment where children feel supported and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
