Hi, I am a friendly responsible adult and I enjoy helping elderly people and young children. I would be happy to run errands for individuals, or take them on necessary appointments, errands or fun outings. I haven't had specific paid experience but I have elderly members in the family and also volunteer weekly helping an elderly person. I have grown children I have raised providing experience caring for children. I am looking for part time work about 10-15 hours a week but this can be multiple jobs. I am a group fitness instructor (for over 35 years) and would love to be active with whom I am working with and encourage healthy living. My best days are Monday and Wednesday and often Fridays as well and have some additional flexibility. My previous work has been in the wellness and fitness/sports areas.
