Why I like working with kids. Children are active , imaginative, and creative, Days with kids is filled with play, action, creativity, and fun, offers a feel-good cares! My (3)childcare skills. Problem solving skills, decision making skills, and most of all we need lots of communication skills. Things I like to do in my spare time is spending time with family and friends. Most of all If I'm not working I love to go to Bible study, and church on Sundays. After church I love outings like going out to eat, because it's very relaxing, I love fishing, and camping out. Things I'm looking for in a job would be collaborative, team focused culture, opportunities to learn and grow my skills from a technical standpoint, and a chance to learn more in my career, and leadership skills overtime. I started working with seniors when I was in my twenties.
