About Linda

Experience: 10 yrs

COVID-19 vaccinated

I am a live-in nanny from 2017 to 2020 who takes care of 6 children aged 6 months to 7 years old. And I have 10 years of experience taking care of children from newborn to 12 years old with both formal and informal such as teaching kindergarten, teaching elementary students, and take care of newborns. In my experience, I know how to provide individual attention in taking care of different kinds of children characters. I organized many activities for them in recreational indoor and outdoor, plus plan and supervise their schedule: rest, bed, nap, go to walk, bathe, eat, play, study, etc. I love to work with babies. My other skills are early potty training, sign language, kids songs, eating training, etc. I enjoy taking care of them. I am friendly, dedicated, flexible, able to multitask, and have good judgment skills. Moreover, I am a good driver because I passed a driving licence in 2011, plus 3 years of experience driving in New York State.

Linda was a nanny to our two daughters, aged 18 months and 4 years old when she started (2.5 and 5 when she ended). During the day she primarily took care of the little one until the older one got off school, at which point she'd pick her up from the bus stop and watch both girls until we returned home. Her duties included everything you'd expect: diaper changing, play, reading books, craft activities, walks in the neighborhood (we live in NYC), playground and story time visits and other extracurricular activities, nap time, laundry (for the kids) and meals, which Linda cooked everyday from scratch - Linda is a PHENOMENAL cook! Linda was always reliable and communicative. Her personality is very bubbly and warm and we always found it a joy having her around. Moreover, Linda continued to take care of the girls during the worst of COVID and never once did we worry about her judgment - I think she was more cautious than us! Linda truly became a member of our family.
