Hi, I'm Linda, a 58 yr old grandmother, looking to care for 1 child 2-3 days/wk at $6-$8/hrs or a daily rate to fit both of our needs. I've worked for 4 different families in the past 11 yrs consecutively, so each has been long term. All my families will provide you with an excellent reference on the care I give. I've been with my current family for over 2 yrs. He is now 3 yrs old and our days are very structured. They consist of learning activities, arts and crafts, outside playtime and just having fun! Nap time and potty training are also a part of our days. I love him very much, but because of continuous last minute cancellations, I'm looking for a more reliable family and child to share my days with. I prefer to work with only 1 family, so your child will have my full attention. I'm hoping to find a family to grow with. I'm not just a babysitter, I will guide, teach and become your little ones best friend.

Linda has watched our son for years. She is absolutely amazing with him. He loves going to see her. She has been very adaptable as our needs have changed. My son has a few challenging personality traits we have had to work through over the years and thus it is greatly appreciated how straightforward she is about any questions or concerns. She always places the child's needs first. She is really good about following through with our requests to finish his educational activities before any screen time. And respecting our limits for that as well. Linda is very responsible and respectful, notifying us if we have accidentally over-paid her and extremely reliable with scheduling. She is completely willing to let us know if she can't do something. We never had any concerns about her responsibility with COVID-19, and we were working with her for years before that happened. We would love to keep her forever, but as my son would inform me, "I can't stop growing, it's impossible!"
