I am incredibly disappointed with the housekeeping service provided by Linda. After reaching out to them for assistance and agreeing to a scheduled appointment, I experienced not one, but two last-minute cancellations. The first cancellation was frustrating enough, but what made it worse was that Linda pleaded with me to reschedule and promised to prioritize my appointment. Being understanding, I decided to give them another chance, only to be let down yet again. The second cancellation came as a complete shock, especially after their previous assurances. It was not only inconvenient, but it also caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience as I had to rearrange my plans and make alternate arrangements at the last minute. What troubles me the most is the lack of consideration displayed by Linda cancelling last minute not once but twice shows a complete disregard for their clients' time and needs. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the repeated cancellations indicate a lack of professionalism and reliability. As someone who values punctuality and dependability, I cannot recommend Linda to anyone seeking a reliable housekeeping service. The frustration and inconvenience caused by their repeated cancellations far outweigh any potential benefits. It is disappointing when a service provider fails to live up to their promises and expectations. I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before engaging Linda for their housekeeping needs. A reliable and trustworthy service is paramount, and unfortunately, this housekeeper falls far short of those expectations.
