About Linda

Here's a little about me: I like working with kids because they're fun to be around. Watching them learn and grow is awesome. I am currently in school for nursing Monday through Friday. My classes are during the day, but I have more flexibility during summer/Christmas/school breaks. I started babysitting for neighbors when I was 12. I also have 3 younger siblings and was a nanny for 5 children when I was 16. I volunteered with Big Brother, Big Sister. I also judge for Odyssey of the Mind Sun Region every year. In my spare time, I play with my two boston terriers, hang out with my 5 toddler nephews and niece, and cook. I used to work as a hairstylist, so I also volunteer doing that in my spare time. My skills include 20+ years of experience in child care with all ages. I took 2 semesters of psychology with a focus on youth services before settling on nursing.
