I've raised 3 children of my own and one grandchild, I worked 8 years in the Healthy Start Program as a counselor working with pregnant mothers and children from infancy up to age three. I worked provided education about infant care, postpartum depression and provided community referrals for services such as housing, baby supplies, medical and financial assistance. I also worked 3 years as a Waiver Support Coordinator providing support services for clients with developmental disabilities. I did respite care, ordered supplies, took clients out for activities such as the movies, dinner, bowling and babysat those that weren't able to travel outside their home. I was laid off on 12/11/14, our agency closed, so I'm looking for full time employment that includes being a full time nanny.
