About Linda

In 2004, I graduated college as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. I have spent 20+ years providing physical therapy for the older adult/geriatric population; 18 yrs in skilled nursing facilities, assisted-living as well as outpatient settings. In the last 2+ years, I have worked primarily in the home health setting working with the senior population. In 2006, I had the opportunity to create and Direct a senior wellness program for Friendship Retirement community including aquatic, strength and balance classes, yoga and tai chi, the program is still running today! I love helping the older adult stay active through movement within their physical capacity to help reduce the risk of falls and help them stay in their home environment for as long as they can. I am available 3 days a week for 2-4 hour increments to help you stay strong and active and maintain or improve your overall mobility to keep you safe in your home.
