About Linda

As a life-long caregiver to children and adults alike, I am in a position to continue giving back to the next generation on a part-time basis as a nanny/babysitter. While my career and education led to antiques and decorating, I was blessed with a life that afforded me the time to volunteer and participate in organizations devoted to children. Most notably, I spent 9 years as the coordinator and facilitator of "Rainbows," a national bereavement program for parents and children going through the grieving process. I also worked alongside childcare social welfare experts consulting on multiple projects, and most recently, became a certified life coach. I'm dependable, incredibly patient, and creative in my interaction with children. I'm an excellent cook, have cared for and lived an organic lifestyle, and am a NYS licensed driver with a car. I am seeking opportunities in the Smithtown , St James, Stony Brook, Setauket, & Port Jefferson areas, but flexible depending on distance.
