Hi, I am an experienced caregiver and life coach for children, adults and seniors with a wide range of conditions and disabilities. I am a former teacher of 17 years as well as a high school counselor/advocate for students and families with special needs. I am a certified Life Coach and Stress Management Consultant. I have 20+ years experience as a personal care companion in all aspects of care, experience in senior care, mobility and daily living skills. I also have extensive experience as a job coach, teaching and facilitating independent living skills as well as providing great companionship. I assist with light house cleaning, light meal prep, shopping along with whole host of daily tasks. I enjoy advocating and helping others to maintain their independence and I have an upbeat personality with a positive outlook.
