I have experience working closely with the families. I worked for an agency for 11yrs, in Charlotte, providing Developmental Therapy Services, ASD to individuals with special needs. I am trained in medication dispensing and monitoring, CPR and First Aid certified. My goal is to work closely with a family, following the individuals ISP to help them reach their full potential. . I believe that consistency and early intervention are the key to helping the individual. I believe in offering choices, communication, and independence. I am looking for a long-term case, either part-time or full to commit to.
