Linda has been an excellent caregiver for our now almost 8 year old. She has been with us for almost 4 years. She wakes, prepares, and transports her for school daily. She cares for her on date nights and assists in dog care. She has many great characteristics but her most valuable to us is her flexibility. Our schedule changes often and she is always here for us. She will make it work. She is part of our family. She rarely misses a day of work (maybe 4 days in 3 years), or takes a vacation (tries to time it with ours). Our daughter adores her. We have 3 dogs in the house and she has no problem dealing with them and often helps us by letting them out during the day when we are working. She helps us worry about less. That is a valuable trait today.
