Ms. Linda. I've come to depend on her so much. She's helped us guide our 4yo towards more self-control, better manners, and been a great buddy for her at the pool and playground. She's been able to deftly pinch-hit for helping with the infant and even on occasion, helped my mother with an errand or two. She's provided me a living example of patient techniques that I work to employ on my own with my occasionally strong-willed 4yo. And she frequently has special fun craft projects that my 4yo just has a blast. She's not shy about keeping herself busy - being kind enough to ask if she could help with small chores while the kids are napping. That extra step is always appreciated - hopefully never taken for granted.
