About Linda

For the past four years when I was in high school, I worked at a daycare in the town of Vienna. I have developed a passion for working with children and I plan to have kids of my own some day! I consider myself to be a really responsible, honest young lady who is patient. This is the quality I think I have that is one of the most important, because kids are a non-stop, 24/7 time commitment. I have been babysitting since I was 14, for neighbors or any family friends that needed someone to mother/watch. Working at the daycare taught me how to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with kids, because after all, they are growing up and at very vulnerable stages in their life. Over the summer we took the kids to the pool, did many art projects, and we also worked with helping kids get their homework done and focus when it was time to do work. After that, they could play and enjoy themselves. I also learned how to take care of kids over a range of age levels, beginning with 2-year-olds all the way up to 12-year-olds. I love kids!
