Lincy is a Godsend! She bailed me out when I needed care for my 6 and 2 year old boys last minute. She is so very good with my kids and I came back to a spotless home. She's cheerful and friendly. I also appreciate that she is a good communicator; keeping me in the loop with her arrival and how things were going. I can't say enough about her and her work ethic. You really need to hire her!
