I interviewed Lily and hired her on the spot. She is well beyond her years. Her genuine interest in my family's needs and friendly personality stood out most. I was very impressed with her ability to manage 3 young children and their busy schedules. This included drop offs/pick ups, naps, feedings, playdates and homework. She is confident, motivated and above all loving! I would highly recommend her as a nanny.
