I have 10 years of experience as a childcare provider and am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I'm college-educated with training in early child development, First Aid, and CPR. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I excel at fostering environments where kids feel seen and heard. My communication style is best described as transparent, with regular updates to parents through their preferred method of communication. With regard to household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them, as I believe in being on the same page as the parents. When it comes to play, I enjoy a wide range of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and crafts. We love Lily! She has always been so great with our now 19 month old son. She is always so loving and sweet to him. She is so good at playing with him and making him laugh. She is tentative to his needs and makes sure he is well taken care of and happy. I know when he is with her he is in good hands! Highly recommend Lily as I know she is great with kids of any age and anyone who has her care for their children will feel safe leaving them just the way we do!
