About Lily

I am a Ball State student, who is getting a degree in El Ed. As a dedicated childcare provider with three years of experience, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. My journey into caregiving was inspired by the positive experiences I had in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My patient, calm, and friendly nature creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns that may arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. My approach to childcare is holistic, blending outdoor activities, educational games, and creative play to foster children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens.
